Commerce & Orders Overview

Socialone OMS helps teams manage WhatsApp catalogs, products, customer carts, UPI payment requests, product orders, and service bookings from one place.

Start in Settings → OMS Settings to configure account-level behavior, then use Catalog for products and Orders for fulfillment.

OMS Pages

  • OMS Settings: WhatsApp account, order flow, cart, shipping, and payment setup.
  • Catalogs: create local catalogs, link Meta catalogs, sync, and show or hide catalogs on WhatsApp.
  • Products: manage product details, availability, stock, price, catalog assignment, and product messages.
  • Orders: filter orders, review revenue, payment state, assignee, and order type.
  • Order Lifecycle: confirm, ship, deliver, complete bookings, cancel, and request payment.

Recommended Setup Order

  1. Connect a WhatsApp account in platform settings.
  2. Configure OMS Settings for the selected WhatsApp account.
  3. Create or link catalogs.
  4. Add and sync products.
  5. Manage incoming orders and status changes.
