Commerce & Orders Overview
Socialone OMS helps teams manage WhatsApp catalogs, products, customer carts, UPI payment requests, product orders, and service bookings from one place.
Start in Settings → OMS Settings to configure account-level behavior, then use Catalog for products and Orders for fulfillment.
OMS Pages
- OMS Settings: WhatsApp account, order flow, cart, shipping, and payment setup.
- Catalogs: create local catalogs, link Meta catalogs, sync, and show or hide catalogs on WhatsApp.
- Products: manage product details, availability, stock, price, catalog assignment, and product messages.
- Orders: filter orders, review revenue, payment state, assignee, and order type.
- Order Lifecycle: confirm, ship, deliver, complete bookings, cancel, and request payment.
Recommended Setup Order
- Connect a WhatsApp account in platform settings.
- Configure OMS Settings for the selected WhatsApp account.
- Create or link catalogs.
- Add and sync products.
- Manage incoming orders and status changes.
