Broadcast A/B Testing

Use A/B tests to compare WhatsApp broadcast variants before scaling a full send.

Create a Test

• Open Campaigns → Broadcasts → A/B Tests.
• Choose the WhatsApp account and audience.
• Add 2 to 4 variants.
• Choose a winner metric such as read rate, delivered rate, or click rate when available.

Review Results

• Open the results drawer from the A/B Tests list.
• Compare variants by the selected metric.
• Use the winning template for the full broadcast.
