How Reviews Relate to Mentions
Mentions is the combined view for both reviews and comments. Use Mentions when you want a single queue, and use Reviews when you want a dedicated review-only workflow.
What Is the Reviews Section?
The Reviews section displays all the customer reviews your business receives on platforms like Google My Business and Facebook. You can view, filter, respond, and even share these reviews directly on your social channels — helping you turn customer feedback into marketing opportunities.
How to Use It
- Go to the Reviews section in the left sidebar.
- View customer reviews along with their sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Negative).
- Use Filters to narrow reviews by platform, sentiment, topic, reply status, or attention level.
- Click Reply to respond manually or use Ask SIA to generate an AI-powered reply.
- Click Send to post your reply to the review platform instantly.
- Click Share to publish great reviews on your social media platforms.
