Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your command center. It summarizes what needs attention, how your channels are performing, and gives you fast access to create posts, messages, workflows, and forms.

What You See
- Stats tiles for messages and open tickets. Click a tile to jump directly into that section.
- Attention feed highlighting urgent messages and tickets that need a reply.
- Quick actions for New Post, Broadcast, Form, Contact, and Workflow creation.
Where to Start (New Users)
- Connect your platforms in Settings → Platforms.
- Create your first template under Templates.
- Run a broadcast or publish a form depending on your goal.
Common Actions
- Review the attention feed and reply first.
- Click Messages to open the unified inbox.
- Use New Post to draft or generate content with SIA.
- Open Broadcast to send or schedule template campaigns.

Tips
- If the dashboard is empty, connect at least one platform under Platforms.
