How Mentions Relate to Comments & Reviews
Mentions is an overview that combines both Reviews and Comments. Use it when you want a single queue across platforms, or jump into the dedicated Comments or Reviews pages for deeper actions.
Filters & Tabs
- Filter by platform, sentiment, and attention status.
- Switch between All and Needs Youto focus your queue.
- Use the Reviews and Comments tabs for focused lists.
- Date filters help narrow results for specific campaigns or events.
Reply With SIA
Open any mention to draft a reply. Use the SIA button to generate a suggested response, then edit and send.
Create Tickets From Mentions
If a review needs follow-up, create a ticket directly from the review actions menu. Tickets inherit the reviewer details and content to reduce manual entry.
