- Use engaging captions with emojis and questions.
- Avoid using more than 2 hashtags.
- Preferred image size: 1200 x 630 px.
- Use visually appealing images and short videos (Reels).
- Include relevant hashtags for reach.
- Recommended aspect ratio: 4:5 for posts, 9:16 for Reels.
Google My Business
- Use high-quality, clear images relevant to your business.
- Keep text short, clear, and informative.
- Recommended image size: 1200 x 900 pixels (4:3 ratio).
- Avoid too much text on images — focus on what’s important.
- Make sure your post is accurate, up-to-date, and follows Google’s content policies.
- Maintain a professional tone with industry-relevant insights.
- Use 3-5 hashtags for better visibility.
- Avoid using emojis excessively.
YouTube
- For YouTube regular videos - Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (standard landscape) and Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD).
- For YouTube Shorts - Aspect Ratio: 9:16 (vertical) and Resolution: 1080 x 1920.
- Currently, Socialone supports uploading YouTube videos with a maximum size of 20 MB.
WhatsApp Business
- Keep messages short, clear, and personal.
- Use personalization tags from Socialone for dynamic content.
- Avoid sending unsolicited promotional content to prevent blocking.
