Posts & Calendar

The Posts area includes a list view and a calendar view so you can create, schedule, and manage content across connected platforms.

Where to Find This

  • Posts in the sidebar, then Schedule.

  • Settings → Platforms: connect posting accounts.
  • Settings → SIA Context: brand tone and guidance.

Accessing the Calendar

  1. Go to Posts in the sidebar.
  2. Switch to the Schedule tab for the calendar view.
  3. Filter by platform or status to focus your queue.

Scheduling a New Post

  • Click Create Post.
  • Select an event (SIA recommends events based on your business).
  • Draft a caption or use SIA to generate one.
  • Select platforms and attach media.
  • Choose a date/time and click Schedule.

Editing & Rescheduling Posts

  • Click a scheduled post in the calendar.
  • Update caption, media, or publish time.
  • Save to apply changes.

Calendar View Tips

  • Use the calendar to spot content gaps across weeks.
  • The list view is best for bulk edits and status review.
  • Gallery shows AI-generated media you can reuse.
