The Posts area includes a list view and a calendar view so you can create, schedule, and manage content across connected platforms.

Where to Find This
- Posts in the sidebar, then Schedule.

Accessing the Calendar
- Go to Posts in the sidebar.
- Switch to the Schedule tab for the calendar view.
- Filter by platform or status to focus your queue.
Scheduling a New Post
- Click Create Post.
- Select an event (SIA recommends events based on your business).
- Draft a caption or use SIA to generate one.
- Select platforms and attach media.
- Choose a date/time and click Schedule.
Editing & Rescheduling Posts
- Click a scheduled post in the calendar.
- Update caption, media, or publish time.
- Save to apply changes.
Calendar View Tips
- Use the calendar to spot content gaps across weeks.
- The list view is best for bulk edits and status review.
- Gallery shows AI-generated media you can reuse.
