How to Connect a Platform

  1. Open Settings → Platforms.
  2. Click Connect New Platform.
  3. Choose the platform and follow the auth flow.
  4. Verify the account shows as Active.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Make sure you're an admin of the social account you're connecting.
  • Ensure browser popups are enabled for authentication.
  • Clear browser cache if connection fails and try again.
  • Please ensure that you are already logged in to the respective social media platform in your browser before attempting to connect it.
