How to Connect a Platform
- Open Settings → Platforms.
- Click Connect New Platform.
- Choose the platform and follow the auth flow.
- Verify the account shows as Active.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Make sure you're an admin of the social account you're connecting.
- Ensure browser popups are enabled for authentication.
- Clear browser cache if connection fails and try again.
- Please ensure that you are already logged in to the respective social media platform in your browser before attempting to connect it.
