Understanding and Filling the SIA Context
What is SIA Context? SIA context helps the AI understand your business so replies, templates, and automation reflect your brand. A complete context improves accuracy and reduces edits.
Where to configure it: Go to Settings → SIA Context. The fields here can vary by business type, and the form shows sample prompts to guide what to enter.
How to Fill Out SIA Context
- Organization Summary: Provide a clear, detailed overview of your business — what you do, where you’re located, your key services or products, and anything unique. This helps the SIA generate accurate replies and captions.
- How to Respond: Explain your preferred tone for replying to customers — e.g., friendly and warm, professional and formal, or apologetic and helpful for negative feedback.
- Core Brand Values: List your brand values and mission. This ensures your responses reflect your business personality. Examples include integrity, trust, innovation, or community care.
Tips for Writing Effective SIA Context
Treat this as your business briefing for the AI. The more precise your context, the more accurate the outputs across replies, templates, and posts.
- Describe your core offerings in 1–2 lines, not just your industry.
- Mention who you serve: audience type, location, or customer segment.
- Add brand voice examples: “short and friendly,” “formal and detailed,” “empathetic for complaints.”
- Include boundaries: what you do not offer and any compliance or policy constraints.
- List 3–5 brand values that should show up in tone and wording.
- Refresh the context when offerings, pricing, or positioning change.
A complete SIA context helps SIA generate smarter replies, accurate templates, better captions, and relevant images — saving you time and improving customer interactions.
Common Blockers & Fixes
- Save button disabled: complete all required fields like name and industry.
- Logo upload fails: use PNG/JPG under the size limit and retry.
- SIA replies feel generic: add more detail to Organization Summary and Core Brand Values.
