Commerce Analytics
Commerce Analytics gives you revenue, inventory, team performance, fulfillment pipeline, and tax summary views — all scoped to a date range and optionally to a single fulfillment location. Find it under Commerce → Analytics.
Date Range & Location Filter
- All sections respect the same From / To date picker at the top of the page.
- The Location dropdown scopes every metric to a single fulfillment location. Leave it blank to see org-wide totals across all locations your role can access.
- Analytics are cached for a few minutes; a manual refresh fetches fresh data.
Commerce Overview
The overview section shows headline metrics for the selected period:
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| GMV | Gross Merchandise Value — sum of totals for Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, and Completed orders only |
| GMV by currency | Per-currency breakdown of GMV, shown when orders span multiple currencies |
| Order count | Number of revenue-counted orders in the period |
| AOV | Average Order Value — GMV ÷ order count |
| Cancellation rate | Cancelled orders ÷ all orders in the period (%) |
| Return rate | Return requests ÷ revenue-counted orders (%) |
| Top channel | Sales channel with the highest order count in the period |
| Pending fulfillments | Live count of fulfillments currently in Pending or In Progress status |
| Items below reorder | Count of inventory items whose on-hand quantity is below their reorder point |
Revenue Analytics
The Revenue tab breaks down GMV further across the selected period:
- Daily GMV chart: day-by-day bar or line chart of gross revenue. Useful for spotting day-of-week patterns and campaign spikes.
- By channel: revenue split across WhatsApp, Web, POS, Manual, Instagram, Payment Link, and API orders.
- By payment type: breakdown by Prepaid, COD, and WhatsApp Pay collection types.
- Cancellation breakdown: total cancellations, cancellation rate, and reason distribution where available.
- Top products: the 10 products with the highest revenue contribution in the period.
Inventory Analytics
- Fast movers: the 10 products with the highest outbound ledger quantity in the period — items selling the fastest.
- Slow movers: the 10 products with the lowest outbound activity — items that may need promotion or review.
- Stockouts: every inventory event where an item's balance dropped to zero, with the time it took to be replenished. Total stockout count is shown alongside the 10 most recent events.
- Stocktake variance: summary of discrepancies found in stocktake sessions — total variance items and breakdown by resolution type (theft, damage, admin error, found, supplier short, no action).
- Reorder alerts: current count of items whose on-hand quantity is below their configured reorder point, with a list of the affected items and locations.
Team Analytics
Team Analytics shows fulfillment performance broken down by team and individual member. This section requires fulfillment pipelines to be active and stages to have teams assigned.
- Team summary: total tasks, completed tasks, completion rate, average task duration (minutes), and SLA breach count per team.
- Member performance: tasks completed, average duration, and SLA breaches per staff member — useful for identifying bottlenecks or coaching opportunities.
- SLA breaches are counted when a task took longer than the stage's configured SLA (minutes) to complete.
Pipeline Analytics
Pipeline Analytics shows how fulfillment stages are performing, what is currently queued, and how payment gates are behaving.
- Stage SLA performance: for each pipeline stage, the total tasks completed, on-time count, late count, on-time rate (%), and average completion time (minutes). Sorted by total task volume.
- Queue depth (live): tasks currently in Queued or In Progress status at each stage — a live snapshot regardless of the date filter. Shows how backed up each stage is right now and the age of the oldest task in the queue.
- Payment gate stats: for
wait_for_paymentpipeline stages, the total tasks that reached the gate, how many resulted in payment, how many are still pending, how many were skipped, and the average time customers took to pay.
HSN Summary
The HSN Summary groups invoiced revenue by Harmonised System of Nomenclature (HSN) code for GST reconciliation. Use it to populate the HSN-wise summary table in your monthly GSTR-1 return.
- Only issued invoices in the selected period are included.
- Products without an HSN code are grouped under a blank row.
- Use the Data Exports page to download a full invoice export if you need row-level data for your accountant.
Common Blockers
- GMV is zero or lower than expected: check that your orders have status Confirmed or beyond. Pending orders do not count. Also verify the date range is correct.
- Team Analytics is empty: pipeline stages must have a team assigned. Set teams on stages in Fulfillment Pipelines.
- Pipeline Analytics shows no data: fulfillment tasks are created by pipelines. If no pipeline is active or orders have not been routed yet, there will be no task data.
- HSN codes missing from summary: assign HSN codes to products in Create & Edit Products.
