Orders
The Orders page is the operational queue for WhatsApp product orders and service bookings.
Summary Cards
- Total Orders: count of orders after filters are applied.
- Total Revenue: sum of filtered order totals.
- Paid: number of filtered orders with payment status
paid. - Pending: number of filtered orders with status
pending.
Filters & Table
- Status: All, Pending, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, Scheduled, Completed, or Cancelled.
- Order Type: Product Order or Service Booking.
- Contact: searches customer name, phone, or external order ID.
- From / To: filters by created date.
- Sortable columns: Order, Total, and Date.
- Assigned To: shows the team member assigned to the order when available.
Open an Order
Click an order row to open customer details, items, payment state, address, status history, and available next actions.
