Send Product in Chat

Send product messages when a customer is already in a WhatsApp conversation and the product belongs to a Meta-linked catalog.

Message Types

  • Product Card: sends a single product card. WhatsApp does not support a header for this mode.
  • Catalog: sends a full catalog browse message with this product as thumbnail context.
  • Multi-Product: sends a product list with a header. Best for two or more products.

Fields

  • Search conversation: search by contact name or phone.
  • Header: used for multi-product messages.
  • Body: message text sent with the product context.
  • Footer: optional short footer.

Before Sending

  • Confirm the product belongs to a Meta-linked commerce catalog.
  • Confirm the conversation is on the WhatsApp account linked to the catalog.
  • Use Product Meta Sync if the product is not eligible to send.
