Products Overview

Products are the items or services customers can browse in WhatsApp, receive in conversation, or add to cart. Use this hub to choose the right product workflow.

Product Guides

• Create & Edit Products: required fields, pricing, inventory, categories, images, catalog assignment, and advanced fields.
• Bulk Import Products: CSV import, ZIP import with images, required columns, image filename matching, upsert, and row errors.
• Product Variants: single vs multiple variants, item group ID, SKU generation, and WhatsApp behavior.
• Meta Sync: push to Meta, commerce catalog requirement, catalog visibility, and WhatsApp send eligibility.
• Send Product in Chat: product card, catalog browse, multi-product messages, and conversation search.

Minimum Product Fields

• Product name: required visible product title.
• Price: required and must be zero or greater.
• SKU / Product Code: recommended. Used as retailer ID and import update key.
• Primary image: recommended for WhatsApp catalog quality.
