Post Agent Setup
Set up Post Agent by adding one WhatsApp approval number, choosing eligible posting accounts, and defining when SIA should generate posts.
Where to Find This
- Open Post Agent Setup for the guided dialog.
- Use Settings → Post Agent for the full configuration page.
WhatsApp Approval Number
- Country code: country code without spaces. The UI adds the plus sign.
- Phone number: WhatsApp number that receives approvals.
- Receiving Number: current active approval number.
- Remove Configuration: removes the approval number and stops approval messages.
Schedule Fields
- Frequency: Daily or Weekly.
- Day: weekday used for Weekly schedules.
- Time: when Post Agent runs and sends the approval request.
- Accounts: posting accounts Post Agent can use. Empty means all eligible connected accounts.
- Active / Paused: Active runs the schedule; Paused keeps settings but stops new approvals.
Advanced Fields
- Look ahead (days): how far ahead SIA plans posts.
- Approval window: how long the approval request stays valid.
- Max regenerations: how many retry drafts the approver can request.
