What Are Smart Replies?
Smart Replies are AI-generated message suggestions based on:
- Customer's latest message
- Conversation context
- Business tone and preferred language
How to Use Smart Replies
- Go to Messages and open a conversation.
- In the message composer, click the Ask AI (sparkle) icon.
- Wait for the draft to appear, then edit if needed.
- Send the reply.
Improve Reply Quality
Add brand context so SIA knows how to write on your behalf:
- Settings → SIA Context
- Share your tone, promises, and phrases to avoid.
Related Automation
