What Are Smart Replies?

Smart Replies are AI-generated message suggestions based on:

  • Customer's latest message
  • Conversation context
  • Business tone and preferred language

How to Use Smart Replies

  • Go to Messages and open a conversation.
  • In the message composer, click the Ask AI (sparkle) icon.
  • Wait for the draft to appear, then edit if needed.
  • Send the reply.

Improve Reply Quality

Add brand context so SIA knows how to write on your behalf:

  • Settings → SIA Context
  • Share your tone, promises, and phrases to avoid.
